Water, sewer, and garbage are billed back to the residents. Electricity is set up and managed by residents.

We are pet friendly; we allow up to 2 pets. We do have breed restrictions for dogs. Pet deposit is $500 for the first pet and an additional $300 for a second pet and pet rent is $25 per pet.

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

Our application process is first come, first served. You can find our application online or reach out to us so we can provide the link to our application. All adults (18 years old or older) must apply separately. We ask that applicants attach to their application a copy of their ID and their most recent 3-months’ worth of income documents.

We only offer 12 month leases.

Our application fee is $45 per applicant over 18 years of age.

Yes, co-signers have to apply separately.

Residents can pay rent with a money order, cashiers check, personal check, or online through our tenant portal which residents can set-up auto pay on.

Yes, we have a dog park with agility equipment.

Each unit has an assigned parking space. We also have guest parking available.

Yes, guest parking is unmarked/unassigned parking spaces.

We have a security company that does one patrol a night but is also on call from 9pm-5am.

We have an emergency maintenance team that will respond to after hours calls.

There is a walking path near our community and Cherriot bus line.

Morning Side Elementary, Leslie Middle School and South Salem High School.

By vehicle Kuebler is 5 minutes away from Costco, Mudbay, Crumbl, Starbucks and Killer Burger. By vehicle Commercial St. is 8-10 minutes away which has many restaurants and stores like Fred Myers, Runaway Kitchen, Trader Joes, Ulta, Petco, Mod Pizza and many more.
